How do I book an appointment?

When my books are open, send an email with all the relevant info, or fill out the form on my contact page.

What’s the deal with deposits?

I require a $200 deposit. Your appointment will not be considered booked until I receive your deposit (via venmo or paypal); it will hold your appointment slot and will be deducted off the final cost of your tattoo. Please do not send a deposit until we have agreed upon an appointment date/time.

Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable and will be forfeited under the following circumstances:

  • No call/no show

  • Arrive more than 30 minutes late to your appointment

  • Reschedule/cancel your appointment without more than 48-hour notice

  • Reschedule your appointment more than 2 times

  • Change your tattoo idea after an appointment has been scheduled

How can I best prepare for my tattoo appointment?

Be sure to eat a meal the day of your tattoo before coming in. Being hydrated and well-rested will make the tattoo experience more enjoyable for you. Being recently showered will make the tattoo experience more enjoyable for me!

What should I wear?

Wear something that will allow us easy access to the area getting tattooed. Tattoo ink can stain! I will do my best to avoid getting ink where it shouldn’t go, but it’s always a possibility, so wear clothes that aren’t your favorite.

Contact me ahead of time if you aren’t sure what items of clothing will work best for our appointment.

What should I bring?

Your mask! Your id! Feel free to bring a snack/drink, headphones, a book, and whatever else will help you feel comfortable and entertained. We are not permitting guests at this time.

What should I expect during the tattoo process?

While I’m happy to chat with you, not every tattoo allows for easy conversation. Depending on where your tattoo is and what machines i’m using, it may be difficult for me to hear you, so don’t take offense if i’m not particularly chatty that day! I’m totally cool with not talking too if that’s your preference.

Other artists from the shop might stop by to check out our project and to post our progress on the fortune teller tattoo instagram. Please let me know if you’d prefer not to be filmed/photographed.

How do I take care of my new tattoo?
